The Republic of South Sudan

 

Bilateral diplomatic relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of South Sudan

 

The Joint Communiqué on the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of South Sudan was signed on the 23rd of October 2012.              

On the 30th of January 2019, two officers of the National Army of the Republic of Azerbaijan were seconded to Juba to participate as observers in the mission held in under the command of the UN’s Peacekeeping Mission (UNMISS) in the Republic of South Sudan.
