Bilateral diplomatic relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Madagascar
Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Madagascar were established on May 26, 1993.
The Ambassador of the Republic of Madagascar in the Russian Federation is Moscow is also accredited in Azerbaijan.
Cooperation relations between Azerbaijan and Madagascar are carried out mainly within the framework of international organizations. Cooperation opportunities exist in political, economic, cultural, educational, scientific and other fields.
Mutual visits of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs
- On September 21, 2021, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan J. Bayramov met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Madagascar Patrick Racoelina within the framework of his participation in the 76th session of the UN General Assembly.
