Apply for media accreditation

Required documents

 

  • Letter from an applicant's media organization signed by the manager or the person substituting him/her;

  • Application form (can be filled out digitally);

  • Two 3x4-sized photos of the applicant;

  • Copy of a passport or other document permitting border crossing (copy of the ID card in case the journalist is a citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan);

  • Copy of a service identification card (press card);

  • Biographic details (CV).

Documents required for the media accreditation can be submitted via:

 

  • electronic accreditation (e-accreditation) system;
  • post office;
  • diplomatic representations and consulates of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

or in person.

 

Questions related to media accreditation must be addressed to media_accreditation@mfa.gov.az.

 

The documents are processed within 30 days starting from the date they are received by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
