Bilateral diplomatic relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Principality of Liechtenstein
On January 21, 1992, diplomatic relations were established between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
Azerbaijan attaches importance to the development of relations with Liechtenstein. The political dialogue between Azerbaijan and Liechtenstein is carried out mainly within the framework of international organizations.
Mutual visits of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs
- In October 2016, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov paid an official visit to the Principality of Liechtenstein.
Inter-parliamentary relations
- On 26-30 June 2015, Albert Frick, the Speaker of the Parliament of Liechtenstein, paid an official visit to Azerbaijan at the invitation of the Speaker of the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ogtay Asadov.
