Bilateral diplomatic relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Yemen
Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Yemen were established on the 25th of February 1992.
On the 6th of April 2018, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Elmar Mammadyarov, received the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Yemen, Abdulmalik Al-Mikhlafi, within the framework of the Midterm Ministerial Conference of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) in Baku.
A delegation led by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Yemen, Mohammad Abdullah Mohammed Al-Hadrami, visited Azerbaijan within the framework of the 18th Summit of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) held in Baku on the 24th to the 26th of October 2019.
