Bilateral diplomatic relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Costa Rica
Diplomatic relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Costa Rica were established on the 15th of January 1997.
On the 19th to the 20th of October 2015, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Worship of the Republic of Costa Rica, Mr Manuel Gonzalez Sanz, was on an official visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan.
On the 1st to the 2nd of June 2017, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Elmar Mammadyarov, paid an official visit to Costa Rica.
On the 22nd to the 23rd of June 2017, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Worship of the Republic of Costa Rica, Mr Manuel Gonzalez Sanz, paid an official visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Worship of the Republic of Costa Rica, Mr Manuel Gonzalez Sanz, was on working visits to the Republic of Azerbaijan on the 28th to the 30th of November 2017 and on the 27th to the 29th of April 2018, respectively.
