Bilateral diplomatic relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Kingdom of Bahrain
The Republic of Azerbaijan and the Kingdom of Bahrain established diplomatic relations on November 6, 1996.
Relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Kingdom of Bahrain are based on friendship and cooperation. Existing good political connections play a vital role in the development of relations between the two nations, as well as the formation of various cooperation mechanisms. Both on a bilateral basis and within international platforms, the Kingdom of Bahrain has always supported the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

- October 24-26, 2019 - Working visit of Sheikh Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Inter-parliamentary relations
A working group on Azerbaijan-Bahrain inter-parliamentary relations in the Milli Majlis of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

- September 20-21, 2018- Official visit of the Chairman of the House of Representatives of the Kingdom of Bahrain Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al-Mullah;
- February 21-23, 2024- Working visit of the Chairman of the House of Representatives of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Ahmed bin Salman Al Musalam.
