Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov will visit Qatar to attend the 16th Doha Global Forum to be held in Doha on May 21, 2016. Within the Forum Minister Elmar Mammadyarov will deliver a speech in the first plenary session on the theme “International and regional status-quo and the means to meet the challenges”.
