The special edition of the "World of Diplomacy" journal was issued on the occasion of the 24th anniversary of Khojaly genocide
The special edition of the "World of Diplomacy" journal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs entitled “Khojaly Genocide: Official documents on the condemnation of the crime perpetrated in Khojaly on 26 February, 1992” was issued on the occasion of the 24th anniversary of Khojaly genocide.
In the introduction of the edition titled “the Crime in Khojaly: perpetrators and responsibility under international law” the State responsibility of the Republic of Armenia under the international law and individual criminal responsibility of its high political-military officials for the crimes committed in Khojaly was analyzed and explained.
Substantiated grounds are provided to prove perpetration of genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes by Armenia in blatant violation of the international humanitarian law and the fundamental documents on human rights.
In general part of the edition the official documents adopted by the countries (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Czech Republic, Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Republic of Colombia, Republic of Guatemala, Republic of Honduras, Republic of Panama, Republic of Peru, Republic of Sudan, United Mexican States) Organization of Islamic Cooperation, as well as 18 States of USA were presented.
This special edition will be distributed to the international organizations, official and public circles of the accredited countries by diplomatic missions and consulates.
