On December 31, 2022, a phone conversation took place between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov, and the former Foreign Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Vladimir Norov.

Minister Jeyhun Bayramov emphasized with satisfaction the efforts of Vladimir Norov to further strengthen the high-level cooperation between the two countries during his tenure as Minister of Foreign Affairs of friendly and brotherly Uzbekistan and expressed his gratitude to his interlocutor.

Minister wished Vladimir Norov success in his new position.
