On 11 October 2025, a telephone conversation took place between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov and the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Mohammad Ishaq Dar.
During the telephone conversation, existing and future strategic partnership relations between the two countries, regional security, especially the situation in the Middle East and issues arising from the agreement on the ceasefire in Gaza were discussed.
