No:361/17, Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov received Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Azerbaijan Vladimir Dorokhin upon the termination of his diplomatic tenure
During the meeting, the sides expressed satisfaction with the current level of relations and regular exchange of high-level visits between Azerbaijan and Russia.
Ambassador Dorokhin said that he did his best to contribute to strengthening of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and Russia during his tenure and expressed his hope that the sincere character of the relations would continue and the gained practice would serve to the interests of both states and peoples. Vladimir Dorokhin wished success to the Government of Azerbaijan in its policy to further stability and progress of Azerbaijan.
Minister Elmar Mammadyarov thanked Ambassador Vladimir Dorokhin for his contributions to the development of relations between the two countries and wished him every success in his future endeavors.
