No:347/19, Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov met with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of the State of Kuwait, Sabah Al Khalid Al Sabah on the sidelines of the 18th Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Non-Aligned Movement held in Baku
The Ministers exchanged their views on the existing cooperation relations between the two countries and the prospects of enhancing bilateral relations.
Minister Sabah Al Khalid Al Sabah congratulated Azerbaijan for its Chairmanship to the NAM and underlined that the Summit has been organized at a high level.
During the meeting the sides highly valued the current level of bilateral political relations between the two countries. The importance of holding the next meeting of the Joint Commission on Cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of Kuwait soon was stressed.
The sides also exchanged views on other regional issues of mutual interest.
