Foreign Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Republic of Türkiye will hold the sixth trilateral meeting in Baku with participation of Elmar Mammadyarov, Mikheil Janelidze and Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu on 6 September 2017.
The first trilateral meeting of Azerbaijan - Georgia - Türkiye at the level of Foreign Ministers was held in Trabzon on 8 June, 2012.
As an outcome of the second Batumi meeting on March 28, 2013 the “Trilateral Sectoral Cooperation Action Plan for 2013-2015” was adopted.
The third trilateral meeting of Foreign Ministers was held in Ganja on 19 February, 2014. Following Ganja meeting the same year was held fourth trilateral meeting in Gars on 10 December and fifth meeting at the same format took place in Tbilisi on 19 February, 2016.
