Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov received Esen Aydogdyev, rector of the International University for the Humanities and Development of Turkmenistan.
At the meeting pursuant to the spirit of politico-economic relations between Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan, the existence of favorable grounds for the development of cooperation between ADA University and International University for the Humanities and Development was mentioned.
The exchange of student and professor staff, harmonization of syllabus systems and the promotion of the treaty-legal base were also discussed at the meeting.
