Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov received Omar Senon Medina Quintero, Ambassador of Cuba to Azerbaijan
Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov received Omar Senon Medina Quintero, Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to the Republic of Azerbaijan upon the termination of his diplomatic tenure.
Ambassador Omar Senon Medina Quintero thanked for the support provided during his diplomatic activities in Azerbaijan.
At the meeting the sides discussed the relations between the two countries, the cooperation in the frame of Non Alignment Movement and other issues of mutual interest. Minister Elmar Mammadyarov also mentioned that Azerbaijan is now represented at the Troika of NAM, and will host XVIII Summit Meeting in 2019 and will chair the movement between 2019-2022.
Minister Elmar Mammadyarov wished Ambassador Omar Senon Medina Quintero every success in his future endeavors.
