Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov participated at the informal meeting of the Council of Foreign Affairs of the Turkic Council on September 26, 2016 on the sidelines of the 70th Session of the UN General Assembly.
At the meeting the sides exchanged their views on the cooperation issues within the regional and international organization, providing mutual support for candidatures of member states, security issues as well as regional and international challenges.
