Delegation headed by Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov departed to the Republic of Türkiye to participate at the preparatory meeting of the Foreign Ministerial Council of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to the 13th Islamic Summit Conference of the OIC on “Unity and Solidarity for Justice and Peace” to be held in Istanbul on April 12-13, 2016.
At the meeting Minister Elmar Mammadyarov will deliver a speech and on the sidelines will hold a number of bilateral meetings.
