Minister of Foreign Affairs Elmar Mammadyarov today will depart to the Russian Federation to take part at the meeting of the Council of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of CIS countries to be held in Moscow on April 8, 2016.
At the meeting the plan for 2016 on the realization of consultations in a number of fields between Foreign Ministers of CIS countries will be discussed.
