Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov will pay a working visit to Belgium and Germany to participate at the NATO Resolute Support Mission Foreign Ministerial meeting to be held in Brussels on December 7, 2016 and the 23rd Ministerial Council of the OSCE to be held in Hamburg on December 8-9, 2016.
Elmar Mammadyarov will deliver speeches and hold bilateral meetings.
