No:445/25, Press release on consular consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Poland

On 28 November, the first consular consultations between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland were held in Warsaw, the capital of the Republic of Poland.
The Azerbaijani delegation was headed by the Head of the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Emil Safarov, while the Polish delegation was led by the Director of the Consular Affairs Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland, Justyna Chrzanowska.
During the consular consultations, the current state and prospects of cooperation in the consular field between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Poland were reviewed, including the signing of new bilateral documents and opportunities for the digitalization of consular services.
During the discussions, the sides also exchanged views on prospects for multilateral and bilateral cooperation in the fields of justice, internal affairs, prosecution, and migration, as well as on the expansion of relations.
