No:396/19, Within his official visit to Latvia Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov visited the National Library of Latvia.
Minister Elmar Mammadyarov was welcomed by the director of the National Library Andris Wilks. Providing information about the library, A.Wilks presented the book to the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Minister Elmar Mammadyarov noted that the regular contacts between the National Library of Latvia and the Azerbaijan National Library would contribute to international relations between two nations. In his turn, the Minister presented the National Library of Latvia a book dedicated to the Nagorno-Karabakh region of Azerbaijan. The Minister also got acquainted with the permanent corner consisting of various books and dedicated to Azerbaijan.
