On August 4, 2022, a telephone conversation was held between the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jeyhun Bayramov, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye, Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu.
During the telephone conversation, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Türkiye expressed his concern about the attack of a radical religious group on the building of the Embassy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
Minister Jeyhun Bayramov gave detailed information to the Turkish side about this act of vandalism.
The Turkish Foreign Minister fully condemned this attack and pointed out that Türkiye stands by Azerbaijan and is always ready to support it.
Minister Jeyhun Bayramov expressed his gratitude to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Türkiye for his attention and offered support.
