No:276/23, Press Release on the results of the meeting between the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan and Armenia ENG/RU
On May 19, 2023, the negotiations between the Foreign Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov and the Foreign Minister of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan were held in Moscow at the invitation of the Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and Ararat Mirzoyan stated their positions on the implementation of the trilateral statements of the leaders Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Russia.
The sides continued work on the draft agreement “On Peace and Establishment of Interstate Relations”. A constructive exchange of views was held around topics where differences still exist.
Both Ministers expressed their appreciation to the Russian side for the organization of negotiations between Azerbaijan and Armenia. The parties agreed to continue the discussions.
The Ministers also held separate meetings with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.

Пресс релиз по итогам переговоров министров иностранных дел Азербайджана и Армении
19 мая министр иностранных дел Азербайджана Джейхун Байрамов и министр иностранных дел Армении Арарат Мирзоян провели переговоры в Москве по приглашению министра иностранных дел России Сергея Лаврова.
Министр Джейхун Байрамов и Арарат Мирзоян представили свои позиции по ходу реализации трехсторонних заявлений лидеров Азербайджана, Армении, и России.
Стороны продолжили работу над проектом соглашения «О мире и установлении межгосударственных отношений». Состоялся конструктивный обмен мнениями по темам, где у сторон остаются разногласия.
Министры выразили признательность российской стороне за проведение переговоров между Азербайджаном и Арменией. Стороны договорились продолжить обсуждения.
Министры провели также отдельные встречи с министром иностранных дел России Сергеем Лавровым.
