No:257/24, Press release on the meeting of Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba

On 11 June 2024, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, within the framework of his participation in the Ukraine Recovery Conference.
During the meeting, current issues on the Azerbaijan–Ukraine cooperation agenda, as well as the current situation in the region, were discussed.
Minister Jeyhun Bayramov informed his Ukrainian counterpart about the recent situation in the region, the restoration and reconstruction works carried out by Azerbaijan in the territories liberated from occupation, the mine threat, the steps taken towards the normalization of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia, as well as the obstacles.
The Ukrainian side expressed gratitude for the humanitarian support and reconstruction assistance provided to their country.
During the meeting, an exchange of views was also held on other bilateral and regional issues of mutual interest.
