Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov had a meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of the Principality of Monaco Gilles Tonelli in New York on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly 73rd session. The Ministers discussed the bilateral relations, as well as the regional and global issues of mutual interest.
