On April 4, 2022, a telephone conversation took place between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov and the former Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia David Zalkaliani.
Minister Jeyhun Bayramov praised the joint efforts during the tenure of David Zalkaliani as Georgian Foreign Minister to further strengthen high-level and mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries and expand cooperation at the international level, and expressed gratitude to the opposite side.
The Minister wished David Zalkaliani success in his new position as Ambassador of Georgia to the United States.
