The latest statements and actions of the Armenian leadership, including the presentation of the new wording “new war for new territories” are absolutely unacceptable. We believe that such actions are not in line with the Vienna meeting of the leaders of the two states and the joint statement adopted as a result of this meeting. We reiterate that such provocations seriously challenge the long-term negotiation process and the activities of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs. We would like to emphasize that all responsibility for the possible negative consequences of such dangerous rhetoric is on the Armenian side.
