No:085/19, The Azerbaijan International Development Agency (AIDA) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan was represented at the exhibition organized within the framework of the international conference dedicated to the 40th anniversary of “Buenos Aires Action Plan”
The conference entitled "The Role of South-South Cooperation and the Implementation of the Sustainable Development Agenda for 2030: Challenges and Opportunities", dedicated to the 40th anniversary of the Buenos Aires Action Plan, started its work on March 20th, in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
An exhibition on South-South Cooperation was organized within the framework of the conference. The primary purpose of the exhibition was to present the best practices of the countries participating in the South-South Cooperation, as well as to promote collaboration between the countries of the South. The Azerbaijan International Development Agency (AIDA) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan was represented with its stand at the exhibition attended by about 40 countries.
Having attended the conference, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, H.E. Mr. Elmar Mammadyarov got acquainted with the AIDA stand.
A wide range of information about the activities of the AIDA playing a major role in promoting South-South Cooperation, and the projects implemented by our country as donor in various parts of the world, as well as humanitarian aid and international development assistance provided by Azerbaijan are being presented to visitors at the stand.
