In the offical letter, S.Dubnak, referring to the relevant resolutions adopted by the UN Security Council, expressed respect for Azerbaijan's territorial integrity, sovereignty and inviolability of its internationally recognized borders. He also condemned the fact of occupation of the territories of Azerbaijan by Armenia.

Expressing regret about the company’s illegal involvement, S. Dubnak noted that all activities in occupied territories have already been ceased.

He also reaffirmed that in no way that kind of violations would take place again in the future.

Furthermore, Merab Mgaloblishvili, the company’s manager on Georgia and Armenia, addressed a letter with the request of removal of his name from the “list of foreign citizens illegally visited to the occupied territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan by the Republic of Armenia".
