High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission Federica Mogherini visits the Republic of Azerbaijan on February 29-March 1, 2016.
Federica Mogherini will also have a meeting with Elmar Mammadyarov, Foreign Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the sidelines of the visit, on February 29, 2016.
Elmar Mammadyarov and Federica Mogherini will hold a joint press-conference.
