Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov met with former OSCE Project Coordinator in Baku, Alexis Shahtakhtinskiy on completion of his diplomatic term.
Minister Mammadyarov mentioned that Alexis Shahtakhtinskiy made tangible contribution to the development of relations between the OSCE and Azerbaijan and implementation of practical projects during his term.
Alexsis Shahtakhtinskiy pointed out that he spared no efforts for the development of the relations between the OSCE and Azerbaijan.
