Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov left for Kuwait to take part at the 42nd Session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation to be held on 27-28 May 2015, in Al-Kuwait city.
Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov will deliver a speech at the session and hold bilateral meetings.
