In his letter, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Georgia Mr. D. Zalkaliani congratulates the people of Azerbaijan on the occasion of the 28 May - the Republic Day and wishes success, unity and prosperity to our country and people.
The Georgian Foreign Minister emphasizes that during these years, by resolute and decisive efforts, the Republic of Azerbaijan has asserted itself as an important regional and global player. The Minister also expressed confidence that the excellent relations and multifaceted cooperation between Georgia and Azerbaijan will continue, our strategic partnership will play a profound role in the implementation of all our initiatives on bilateral, as well as regional and multilateral levels, and contribute to the development of our countries and prosperity of our peoples.
Mr. D. Zalkaliani indicates that Georgia highly values Azerbaijan as a reliable partner, and also the bonds of friendship that exist at the state and person-to-personlevels in the framework of the joint bilateral and regional projects.
The Georgian Foreign Minister notes that strengthening of partnership and further intensification of contacts between our countries will serve to ensure peace, security and fruitful cooperation in the region.
