In order to put an end to the activities of companies operating illegally in the field of information and communication technologies in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan, to disseminate them among ITU member states on a regular basis a letter was sent to the current ITU Secretary General on behalf of the Minister of Foreign Affairs in 2017. As a result, the just position of the Azerbaijani side was highlighted in the ITU Operational Bulletin (OB) published on the 1st of July 2017.
