On December 31, 2022, a phone conversation took place between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov and the Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov.
Minister congratulated Bakhtiyor Saidov on his appointment to position of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and wished him success.
Minister Jeyhun Bayramov expressed confidence that joint efforts will be continued to develop the existing cooperation between the two countries based on common interests and values.
The sides exchanged views on various aspects of brotherly, friendly and strategic partnership relations between the two countries.
