On 8 July 2025, an official reception and concert program were held at Gulustan Palace on the occasion of the professional holiday of employees of the diplomatic service bodies of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The reception was attended by the leadership of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Azerbaijan’s diplomatic missions, high-level representatives of a number of state institutions, members of parliament, as well as heads and representatives of diplomatic missions accredited in Azerbaijan.
At the event, Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan – Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmat Hajiyev, and the Dean of the Diplomatic Corps accredited in Azerbaijan, Muhammad Adil Embarch, delivered remarks, extending congratulations to the employees of the diplomatic service bodies on the occasion of their professional holiday and wishing them success in their activities.
The role of diplomatic service employees in implementing the country’s pragmatic foreign policy course, as well as in promoting and safeguarding national interests at the international level, was emphasized.
The speeches highlighted key foreign policy achievements, outlined priorities, and noted the contributions of diplomatic service personnel to strengthening Azerbaijan’s international standing.
It was underlined that diplomatic service bodies bear significant responsibilities in the implementation of the successful foreign policy pursued under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev.
The official reception continued with a concert program.
