No:105/22, Information of the Press Service Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the meeting of Minister Jeyhun Bayramov with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Finland Pekka Haavisto
On March 11, 2022, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov, met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Finland Pekka Haavisto, in the framework of his working visit to the Republic of Türkiye.
The Ministers discussed various aspects of the bilateral cooperation agenda between the two countries, as well as cooperation within international organizations, including the OSCE.
During the meeting, Minister Jeyhun Bayramov stressed the importance of holding political consultations between the foreign ministries of the two countries. In this regard, the sides expressed interest in continuing cooperation in the political sphere.
The sides also exchanged views on other issues of mutual interest, regional and international security issues, as well as the situation in Ukraine.
