On December 3, 2020, a telephone conversation took place between the Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu.
The Ministers exchanged their views on the 27th meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council, as well as the other regional issues of mutual interest.
