Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Türkiye are in a regular contact. In this regard, Elmar Mammadyarov and Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu had yet another telephone conversation on August 2.
Ministers discussed bilateral relations and the issues on regional and international agenda.
Elmar Mammadyarov once again stressed inadmissibility of coup attempt against the democratic will of the People of Türkiye and constitutional basis of Türkiye and reiterated that Azerbaijan as a brotherly country always stands by Türkiye.
Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu highly appreciated the support and steps taken by Azerbaijan in this regard.
