Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov addressed a letter of condolences to his Pakistani counterpart Sartaj Aziz on the terror attack perpetrated in the Civil Hospital of Quetta.
In the letter the Minister noted: "We were deeply saddened by the news of heavy casualties and injuries as a result of a horrible terror attack perpetrated in the Civil Hospital of Quetta and the Republic of Azerbaijan as a country suffering from terrorism strongly condemns terrorism in all its forms and manifestations".
Minister Elmar Mammadyarov extended his deepest condolences to the families and loved ones of those who were killed and the whole people of Pakistan, and wish those injured the soonest recovery.
