Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov will participate at the Informal meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the OSCE participating States in Potsdam, Germany to be hold on September 1, 2016 and will attend the informal meeting of EU Member States with the Eastern Partner countries in Bratislava, Slovakia on September 3, 2016.
Elmar Mammadyarov will deliver statements at both events and will have bilateral meetings.
