No:279/22, Head of the Press Service Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan L.Abdullayeva responds to media appeal to comment on the opinion of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation at a press conference during his visit to Armenia that the situation with the village of Farrukh in the Khojaly region will be considered in the context of the delimitation of the borders between Azerbaijan and Armenia
Answer: We would like to note that the activities of the delimitation commissions established by Azerbaijan and Armenia are aimed at the delimitation of the state border of the two countries, as previously planned.
This process does not envisage consideration of any issue outside the Azerbaijani-Armenian state border, including the territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan where the Russian peacekeeping contingent is temporarily located.
