On 21 June 2024, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, received the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Azerbaijan, Kayrat Osmonaliyev, on the occasion of the completion of his diplomatic mission in our country.
During the meeting, satisfaction was expressed with the existing deepened strategic partnership relations between Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan, the increasing political contacts between the leaders, and the growing cooperation.
Minister Jeyhun Bayramov expressed gratitude to the other side for efforts made in the development of strategic partnership relations between Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan during his diplomatic activity in our country and wished him success in his future endeavors.
It was noted with satisfaction that the basis of bilateral, as well as multilateral cooperation between Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan is the brotherly and friendly relations, solidarity and mutual support existing between the two countries and our peoples.
It was emphasized that there are broad prospects for cooperation in many directions, particularly in the fields of mutual investments, transport and communications, and the necessity of utilizing the existing potential.
It was brought to attention that the increasing dynamics within regional and international organizations, including the Organization of Turkic States, are commendable.
Minister Jeyhun Bayramov expressed gratitude for the support of Kyrgyzstan for our country’s reconstruction and peace efforts.
Ambassador Kayrat Osmonaliyev expressed gratitude for the support shown during his tenure as Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan in Azerbaijan and expressed confidence that the strategic partnership between the two countries will continue to develop.
During the meeting, an exchange of views was also held on other issues of mutual interest.
