No:187/21, Information of the Press Service Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan on the meeting of Minister Jeyhun Bayramov with the Executive Secretary of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization Lassi
On May 26, 2021, in the framework of his working visit to Austria, Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met with the Executive Secretary of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization Lassina Zerbo.
At the meeting, the sides expressed satisfaction with the current level of cooperation between the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization and Azerbaijan and discussed opportunities for future cooperation.
During the meeting, the Minister also briefed the opposite side on the 44-day Patriotic War and the indiscriminate and disproportionate methods used by Armenia during the war were stressed.
Minister noted the rocket attacks by Armenia on civilian objects of Azerbaijan and referred to the existence of evidences on the ground. He also highlighted the cooperation opportunities with relevant international organizations in this regard.
