On 6 March 2025, a telephone conversation held between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ceyhun Bayramov, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Maka Botchorishvili.
The sides discussed the current state and prospects of the friendly and strategic partnership relations between the two countries. It was emphasized that the existing political dialogue at the highest and high levels, intensive mutual visits, and the mechanism of political consultations contribute to further strengthening bilateral relations. The importance of further expanding such political contacts during the current year was underlined.
The ministers also exchanged views on regional issues.
