Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov met with Altynbek Maksutov, Minister of Culture, Information and Tourism of Kyrgyz Republic
At the meeting the sides exchanged views on the current status and prospects of development of cooperation in the fields of culture, information, sport and tourism between the two countries. The parties also mentioned that the cultural days of Azerbaijan and Kyrgyz Republic will be held in Kyrgyz Republic and Azerbaijan respectively.
Minister Elmar Mammadyarov noted that the relations between the two countries are developing in bilateral and multilateral formats based on shared historical, cultural values and ethnic kinship of our nations.
Altynbek Maksutov expressed his gratitude for the invitation to the 7th Global Forum of the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations held in Baku and highly appreciated the work and the conclusions of this event.
The sides also discussed the issues of cooperation within the international organizations.
