Azerbaijan call on 🇦🇲 to comply w/its obligations under international law,as well as the Trilateral Statement. Ruben Vardanyan,criminal businessman attempting to do harm to relations btw #Azerbaijan & Armenian residents in liberated territories. He has no place in Garabagh. 9/9
🇦🇿 observes regime in relation w/Lachin road in accordance w/its obligations under Trilateral Statement. On the contrary, 🇦🇲: ❌Does not withdraw its troops from territories of 🇦🇿; ❌Continues illegal exploitation of mineral resources; ❌ Continues planting landmines. 8/9
Illegal activities which intensified nowadays in Karabakh carried out for almost 30 years, this is not a new issue. Azerbaijan also appealed on this problem almost a year ago, on November 2021. Protests also are against sabotaged monitoring attempts of #Azerbaijan. 7/9
Azerbaijan has no conflicts with Armenian residents. Positive developments & contacts were kept between them during reconstruction works of the Lachin road. Protestors gathered almost in 100-m-long area can't block 32-km-long Lachin road, where 🇷🇺 peacekeepers are present. 6/9
On the current situation in #Lachin road,allegations regarding "blockade" of the road,"humanitarian crisis" by #Armenia have no essence. Video footages from Lachin road demonstrate free movement of #ICRC vehicles,Armenian emergency medical services,as well as other vehicles. 5/9
Armenia continues to imitate the peace process as it has done for almost 30 years. Spending a large amount of its resources on fortifications in the occupied territories, Armenia has already demonstrated its "commitment" to the peace process. 4/9
Unfortunately,we weren't able to follow 1st direction. #Armenia, which refused a day before the next round of negotiations,spread disinformation that #Azerbaijan refrains from dialogue.Yet another vivid sign of an imitation of process & an attempt to mislead int'l community. 3/9
Fruitful negotiations were held on 2nd direction. Satisfaction was expressed on organization of joint events on the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations btw 🇦🇿-🇷🇺, as well as enhancing cooperation in various fields, including transit/communications. 2/9
Despite the fact that today, it was planned to conduct negotiations on 2 directions: on the 3rd stage of the peace treaty negotiations btw #Azerbaijan & #Armenia, as well as holding bilateral negotiations btw Azerbaijan & #Russia, we were able to follow only 2nd direction. 1/9
