The Minister of Foreign Affairs provided information about the factors characterizing the anti-terror measures carried out on 19 September. The Minister noted the obstacles created by Armenia against the peace process.
The Minister provided information about the restoration and construction works carried out by our country in the region. In addition, he particularly emphasized the mine threats created by Armenia against our country.
The Minister also highlighted Armenia’s efforts to strengthen its military potential and the destructive activities of some third sides in the region. He emphasized that such activities do not serve peace and stability in the region.
It was recalled that biased and provocative accusations against our country after the anti-terror measures contradict the reports and statements of representatives of UN specialized agencies who visited the region and are also actively operating in Armenia, and that the groundlessness of allegations against our country has been proven.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs also highlighted Azerbaijan’s initiatives of international importance in recent years and spoke about our country’s active role in the field of multilateral diplomacy.
Speaking about the growing importance of energy security against the backdrop of recent developments in the region and the world, Minister Jeyhun Bayramov focused on the importance of expanding multilateral cooperation towards ensuring energy security, efforts in the field of alternative energy, as well as diversification of transport corridors.

The conference, held with the organization of the Center of Analysis of International Relations (AIR Center) and the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, was attended by representatives of more than 30 think tanks and research centers from Europe, as well as prominent experts.
The European Conference on Azerbaijani Studies, held for the first time in Warsaw last year, aims to promote research in various fields, including political, economic and cultural topics related to our country, as well as to contribute to the accurate delivery of information about Azerbaijan to the world public and the conduct of objective analyses at the academic level.
