Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov has left to Moscow to participate at the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). Within his visit, Minister Jeyhun Bayramov will also hold bilateral meetings.
